The Cleveland Guardians will take on the Detroit Tigers in game 2 of the American League Division Series on Monday.
After a blowout in game 1 that included the Guardians beating the Tigers by a score of 7-0, game 2 might be a different story as the Tigers will have ace Tarik Skubal on the mound.
Game 2 will be crucial in this series as game 3 and game 4 if necessary, will take place in Detroit.
The Guardians got back one of their all-star players who has dealt with injuries later in the season.
According to B/R Walk-Off on ‘X,’ Guardians all-star leadoff hitter Steven Kwan reveals if he has any pregame superstitions.

Kwan describes his pregame routines as getting through all of the prep and also journaling.
His journaling includes a plan of attack for the day along with 3 affirmations.
Kwan’s pregame routine appears to be working as he batted .292 with 14 home runs, 44 runs batted in, and a .793 on-base plus slugging percentage in the regular season.
He came into the league in 2022 with the Guardians, and since then, he has won back-to-back gold glove awards in the outfield along with his first all-star appearance in 2024.
Kwan appears to be the spark at the top of the order for the Guardians as he is always a tough at bat and a player who does not strike out often.
Along with his respectable regular season stats, Kwan’s postseason numbers are consistent as he has 10 hits in 33 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 runs batted in, and a .833 on-base plus slugging percentage in his career.
