The Philadelphia Phillies have been one of the best teams in Major League Baseball over the past couple of seasons.
After appearing in the World Series in 2022 and the National League Championship Series in 2023, the Phillies once again reached the postseason in 2024.
The Phillies made the playoffs after finishing the season with a record of 95-67 and winning the National League East.
Even though the Phillies had more regular season wins than the past two seasons, they lost to the New York Mets in their first playoff series of 2024.
Bryce Harper will look to lead the Phillies offense as they try to get back on track in 2025, and he went above and beyond to show his love for the city of Philadelphia.
“Bryce Harper loves Philly so much that he got a Phanatic tattoo,” MLB wrote on X.

Harper debuted in 2012 with the Washington Nationals and played seven seasons before going to the Phillies in 2019.
In 2024, Harper played in 145 games and batted .285 with 30 home runs, 87 RBIs and an .898 OPS.
The veteran has won two NL Most Valuable Player awards along with Rookie of the Year.
While the Phillies have won just two World Series championships in franchise history, the past couple of seasons have been their best chances to get back to the top.
Harper will lead the way in 2025 as the Phillies look for their second consecutive NL East title and their first World Series title since 2008.
