The Los Angeles Dodgers made the postseason for a 12th straight season in 2024 after finishing with a record of 98-64 and winning the National League West.
After a long playoff run, the Dodgers hoisted the World Series trophy as they won the eighth title in franchise history by defeating the New York Yankees.
Things didn’t slow down for the Dodgers after winning the title, however, as they went into the offseason and acquired impact players to add to their starting rotation and bullpen.
The Dodgers added starting pitcher Blake Snell, starting pitcher Roki Sasaki and relief pitcher Tanner Scott to join a staff that was already one of the best in the game.
Although the pitching got most of the attention this offseason, the offense is still the heart of the team, and manager Dave Roberts recently revealed the top four batters for 2025.
“The Dodgers everyday top of the lineup this year, per Dave Roberts; Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Teoscar Hernandez,” Bob Nightengale of USA Today wrote on X.

Fans likely were not surprised as they saw a lot of this lineup during the 2024 season.
Reigning NL MVP Ohtani will lead off, followed by three All-Stars in Betts, Freeman and Hernandez.
Hernandez was a question mark for the Dodgers in the offseason, but he re-signed on a three-year deal as a free agent.
The Dodgers appear stacked again, and they will try to win their first back-to-back World Series titles.
