The Los Angeles Dodgers have been one of the best teams in Major League Baseball for the past several years.
Things continued in 2024 as they won the eighth World Series title in franchise history by defeating the New York Yankees.
The Dodgers then went into the offseason and brought in more talent to their starting rotation, including Blake Snell from the San Francisco Giants and Roki Sasaki from Japan.
One question mark for the 2025 season involved longtime Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw, who missed the majority of the 2024 season.
Kershaw appears to have made a decision about his baseball future.
“The Dodgers have agreed to a contract with Clayton Kershaw, per multiple sources. The signing will become official once he has completed his physical,” FOX Sports: MLB wrote on X.

The contract is pedning a physical for the oft-injured pitcher, but it appears he will be back as the Dodgers try to defend their title.
Kershaw has played all 17 seasons of his MLB career with the organization.
In 2024, Kershaw started seven games and was 2-2 with a 4.50 ERA and 24 strikeouts in 30.0 innings pitched.
In 2023, he started 24 games and was 13-5 with a 2.46 ERA and 137 strikeouts in 131.2 innings pitched.
The three-time NL Cy Young Award winner and former NL Most Valuable Player will be playing his 18th season at 36 years old.
It will be interesting to see how the Dodgers use Kershaw as their starting rotation has an overwhelming amount of talent.
